Steve Marais

Managing Director

Being a “builder” by nature, Steve builds people, he builds relationships, he builds procedures and systems and he builds trust. Steve has managed his own construction company for almost three decades.

Tracy Marais

Director of People and Culture

Having been integral to the business since commencement, Tracy easily assumes responsibility and authority in every area of her expertise. Tracy is a creative problem solver with focused foresight.

 

Glenn Cream

Director of Business, Systems and Compliance

Glenn deals with day-to-day operations of the business, managing quality assurance programmes and controlling change. He is responsible for ongoing improvement and efficiencies in the operational performance of our organisation.

Nick Ensor

Director of National Strategy and Development

Nick is a natural team leader who always looks for a win-win outcome. Nick is responsible for building and maintaining client and consultant relationships pertaining to work procurement.

Neal Moores

Director of Construction

Believing that the success of every project depends on exhaustive preplanning and preparation, Neal actively encourages stakeholders to strategically invest resources across the life cycle of design and construction.
