Condev Construction is experienced in multi-unit residential constructions, retail and commercial, industrial units and warehouses, educational, child care and aged care facilities and architecturally – detailed upmarket residences, duplexes and townhouses. Whether the project is construction only, or full design and construct, we have the skills and expertise to deliver quality on time.

Our Team

Steve Marais

Managing Director

Being a “builder” by nature, Steve builds people, he builds relationships, he builds procedures and systems and he builds trust. Steve has managed his own construction company for more than two decades.

Tracy Marais

Executive Director

Having been integral to the business since commencement, Tracy easily assumes responsibility and authority in every area of her expertise. Tracy is a creative problem solver with focused foresight.

 

Aaron Hook

Chief Executive Officer

Aaron is responsible for Condev’s place in the market. As a natural self starter he drives change and challenges the status quo. Aaron is an astute cost planner and a discerning judge of financial viability of a project.

Glenn Cream

Chief Operating Officer

Glenn deals with day-to-day operations of the business, managing quality assurance programmes and controlling change. He is responsible for ongoing improvement in the operational performance of our organisation and our objectives.

Nick Ensor

Commercial Manager

Nick is a natural team leader who always looks for a win-win outcome. Nick is responsible for building and maintaining client and consultant relationships pertaining to work procurement.

Shane Godbold

Construction Manager

A firm yet approachable team leader, Shane provides a pragmatic work environment and enables others to perform at their best. With over 30 years’ experience in construction, he is particularly capable of managing challenging constructions.

John Hardy

Construction Manager

John’s direct and hands-on construction management means he is integral in every aspect of construction.   There’s nothing he cannot build but his attention to detail has facilitated his specialising in our schools projects for which we have won national and state awards.

Paul Fullwood

WH & S Compliance Manager

With the ability to quickly absorb and retain information, Paul is always up to date with changing WH&S legislation and environmental best practice. He actively works to maintain a favourable working environment for site personnel.

 

Mark Otte

Quality Manager

A hard worker who is meticulous by nature, Mark ensures the products and services we provide consistently meet both our standards and our clients’ expectations. He drives continuing improvements and ensures corrective and preventive actions are taken.

Shane O’Sullivan

Quality Manager

Shane is a skilled evaluator especially in specialist and technical areas.  He is investigative and thorough in all his undertakings and if he makes a commitment he is unwavering in overcoming  objections to get the works done to the required quality and standard.
